DO YOU BELIEVE IN GOD?

I saw a site trying to get 5 million people to click saying they believe in God.  I raised the question could the Devil vote since he, too, believes in God? (St James 2:19).  Someone responded that yes he could vote but he would tremble as he did, again see St. James 2:19.   Later I added : So, if the devil's vote will count that means that many others could vote who have the same kind of belief in God as the devil. So in the end what does the vote accomplish since everyone has their own beliefs and ideas about God according to their own likes and desires. Millions of Muslims, Buddhists and Jews could also vote that they believe in God. Millions of "Christians" also have myriads of conflicting understandings about God, some true and some false. Should that make us happy just that they say they believe in God? Perhaps the results would be more meaningful if the survey is to "click" if you believe in the One True God who said "beside me there is no other" and Who has come to us in the flesh of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Only Begotten Son of God who lives and reigns in His Body, the Church. To merely say "I believe in God" means little or nothing in a pluralistic and post-Christian society.
